Brian Maher joined COR Brokerage Inc. in March 2015. Brian started his commercial real estate career as a Construction Manager in 1990 with Edgewater Companies building various commercial retail and industrial projects. In 1994, Maher joined the Pioneer Companies, as Senior Project Manager administering the design and development of numerous senior living facilities as well as commercial retail and hotel projects. In 2008, Maher joined CBD Companies as a Senior Project Manager working with tenants and building owners of numerous retail, medical and office facilities in the Greater Syracuse Market.
