Luis has been with COR Property Service’s since September of 2017. Luis can be found at Towne Center at Fayetteville assisting in daily maintenance, landscaping, and dealing with winter snow issues. Luis helps with physical management of the property, including routine maintenance and emergency repairs. This includes performing preventative property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition. He always strives to keep COR’s current tenants happy and attract new tenants. Take a ride through Towne Center at Fayetteville in Fayetteville, NY and you will see Luis helping water the flowers in the spring, salting the sidewalks in the winter and you may even see him during the holiday months helping set our COR’s holiday donation bins around the center.
