Maintenance Technician at Beaver Meadow Apartments

Joel a native to the Adirondack park joined COR Property Services in the fall of 2021 as a Maintenance Technician for the residential tenants at Beaver Meadow Apartments. While he primarily works as a professional painter, he brings extensive experience in all aspects of building maintenance, and turning over apartments for new tenants. Having a strong technical background and nearly a decade of experience in the field Joel obtained a 2 year technical degree from South West Tech BOCES. He is a team player who is always willing to help where needed. Born a gearhead he loves the automotive industry, and motorcycles. Outside of work he enjoys creating content for his YouTube Channel or watching other content creators for new ideas.
